Alabama State Requirement: To meet Alabama's Nail Technician program standards and become eligible for the licensing examination, students are mandated to accumulate 750 hours. Additionally, it's a requirement that students complete 15% (113HR) of their credit hours before they can engage in salon floor activities. Please note students are required to hold a high school diploma or GED for admission.

Schedules:

Part-Time: Our part-time classes are Monday, Wednesday, & Friday, with sessions starting at 8:30 AM and concluding at 4:00 PM. There is a 30 minute lunch break. With perfect attendance, students attain 7 hours daily, totaling 21 hours per week. This structured regimen generally leads to program completion in around 39 weeks.

Our Nail Technician program offers comprehensive student kits that provide all the essential tools and materials needed to succeed in the course. These kits are designed to equip students with high-quality products, including professional-grade nail tools, polishes, gels, and more. Whether you're practicing in class or practicing at home, our kits ensure you're fully prepared for both hands-on learning and real-world experience. Students will receive one set of olive green scrubs as their school uniform included in their tuition. Additional uniforms may be purchased through GBI. As part of the kit, students also receive their essential textbooks, guaranteeing they have all the resources they need to excel in their beauty education journey and confidently step into their future careers.
